Age Requirement

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.

Identification Requirements

As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. If check-in is denied due to lack of required documents, no refund will be provided and the booking will be considered a NO SHOW.

Additional Charges

Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, snacks, laundry, etc.). Any additional charges levied by the hotel are the responsibility of the guest.

Special Supplements

All hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's Eve. Other special supplements may apply during festival periods such as Dusshera, Diwali, etc. These charges must be cleared directly at the hotel.

Tariff Increase

In case of an increase in the hotel tariff the customer is liable to pay the difference if the stay period falls during these dates.

Invoices

Invoices for hotel stays must be collected at the time of checkout directly from the hotel.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit. The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund where applicable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type or season. Refunds will be processed as per booking terms shared during reservation.

4. Resort Policies

Guests must present valid government ID at check-in.

Use of resort facilities must comply with resort rules.

Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

The resort shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the stay except where proven negligence occurs.
